Guest: Jamie Gorrono is an engaging and thoughtful coach who helps her clients evolve into a better, more fulfilled version of themselves.

Episode in a Tweet: Think you’re not smart enough? Not worthy enough? Stop that negative thinking and overcome your destructive core beliefs.

Quick Background: Jamie Gorrono is a Women’s Empowerment Coach and bluntly put, an awesome human being. Through her coaching, she supports women going through life transitions who may feel unworthy, fearful, or lacking connection with themselves and others. Overcoming debilitating anxiety and depression herself, she completely changed the direction of her life, finding a career that’s more fulfilling and of service to others. In her coaching practice, she has developed a unique ability to help others address their pain by identifying Destructive Core Beliefs and changing negative thought patterns. During her “Empowerment Experience”, her clients reinvent the direction of their lives and take charge of their happiness and self-fulfillment. Jamie and I have a lively conversation where we explore digging deep to learn more about yourself, why it’s important to understand where your thoughts are coming from so you can change them if they aren’t serving you.

You can find out more about Jamie here.

On a personal note, I have used a coach to help me explore my personality and create a stronger business. Check out my blog on why you should consider getting a coach.
